SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends consultation scheduling information, appointment confirmation messages, and reminder messages to customers who have booked a consultation with Elko Creative through our website at https://www.elkocreative.com or via our scheduling and inquiry forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
Opt-in is collected via website forms that include a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, onboarding communication, service-related updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the same number from which you received messages. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe request. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin the SMS program, you must opt in again through our website or authorized forms.
